Tasting notes
White flowers, harmonious acid, slight minerality. White wine, fermented and aged in steel and wooden barrels. Light and refreshing with a true summer character which presents white flowers and a salinity. Perfect for shorts, flip flops, and an evening with friends. It hits the spot. Perfect as aperitivo or with vegetarian antipasti or fish.

Excellent as an accompaniment to spicy dishes.
Why we like it
A very vertical interpretation of Gewurztraminer which is fermented and aged in large Acacia barrel. Completely dry, refreshing, and complex. Bringing back Gewurztraminer to where it should be: At the centre of the table.
