Red fruits (e.g. raspberries), a slight spicy note, fresh and soft tannins

‘A white wine in a red dress’ A light red wine, fermented on the skins for a few days and aged in oak. Red fruits and low alcohol – dangerously drinkable. Served slightly chilled, it goes well with fish and appetizers in general. A lighthearted expression of Pinot Noir.

Excellent with vegetarian starters and white meat main courses, but can also be an ideal alternative to a white wine with a fish dish when served chilled.
