Tasting notes
Aromas of tropical fruits and citrus notes dominate the nose. On the palate it is fresh, with harmonious acidity, no residual sugar and yet with the typical spicy Gewürztraminer aroma.
Pairings
Excellent as an accompaniment to spicy dishes.
Why we like it
A very vertical interpretation of Gewurztraminer which is fermented and aged in large Acacia barrel. Completely dry, refreshing, and complex. Bringing back Gewurztraminer to where it should be: At the centre of the table.
