Tasting notes
On the nose it is reminiscent of aromas of Amarena cherries with slightly more vegetal notes. In the mouth it is rough but juicy, with great acidity and an enveloping tannin.
Why we like it
A red blend of our red PiWi grapes which is fermented in open top vats and aged in oak. A melting pot of flavours and sensations which best showcases the delicious rustic character of this wine. Best served in a convivial Osteria.

Goes well with bacon and sausages, aged cheese or a first or second course with meat or grilled vegetables.
