Why we like it
Pinot grigio in an unusual guise. Left in contact with its own skins and the whole bunch it gives life to a fruity and greedy „thirsty wine“. Maceration as a means and not as an end, used as a slight underlining and not as a heavy tinsel. Less is more!

Excellent accompaniment to a more delicate first course, pasta or risotto.
