Tasting notes
The nose remembers of aromas of orange and apricot with spicy notes. In the mouth it is fresh, salty, a little balsamic with elegant tannins
Why we like it
An amber wine made from a fermentation on the skins of Souvignier Gris, a resistant variety. Elegant, light, and easily accessible. Macerated, but just enough.
Pairings
Ideal as an aperitif. Goes perfectly with spicy dishes, for example Asian dishes with curry or Gorgonzola.
